Shany Dagan

Crafting narrative movement for stage and film.

​Shany is a New York based Dancer, Choreographer and the Artistic Director of Dagan Movement, 

whose work blends contemporary dance, jazz and theatrical storytelling.

She's eager to collaborate with other artists such as poets, composers and musicians. 

Her work has been presented internationally across Europe, NYC and LA, including

Theater Barn, AMDA, Steps Beyond Foundations, Broadway Dance Center, APAP, Gibney, Martha Graham Studios, Alvin Ailey Theater, Leg Up on Life, KnJ Theater and more.

She created 3rd GEN Project, an original evening length show, which made its Off-Broadway debut in 2024 and is now touring the East Coast.
